Bettina Rümmelein ist die Gründerin von Hautwerk. Sie studierte Medizin in Hamburg, dort absolvierte sie auch ihre Facharztausbildung zur Dermatologin und Allergologin. Es folgten medizinische Fortbildungen und Auslandspraktika, dank denen sie auf ein breites Wissen im Bereich der ästhetischen Medizin zugreifen kann. Ihr eigentliches Spezialgebiet aber ist die Lasermedizin. In diesem Fachbereich bildet sie neben der Arbeit auch Assistenzärzt:innen und Ärzt:innen verschiedener Fachrichtungen aus. Seit 2012 ist sie Präsidentin der Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für medizinische Laseranwendungen (SGML). Frau Dr. Rümmelein ist Mitglied der FMH (Verbindung der Schweizer Ärztinnen und Ärzte), SGDV (Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Dermatologie und Venerologie), ZDG (Zürcher Dermatologische Gesellschaft, DDL (Deutsche Dermatologische Lasergesellschaft), SGML (Schweizerische Gesellschaft für medizinische Laseranwendungen), SGEDS (Swiss Group of Esthetic Dermatology & Skincare), Laserkommission fmCh.

All the threads at Hautwerk come together in the hands of Stipan Maric. Since the lawyer joined Hautwerk as Clinic Manager in 2017, he has been actively driving forward corporate and personnel development. He has been the authorized signatory since 2021 and a member of the company's management team since 2024.

Mareike Prinz is a specialist in dermatology and also has a certificate of competence in laser treatments. In addition to dermatology, one of her specialties at Hautwerk is the treatment of hair disorders. The specialist, who studied in Kiel and Vienna, completed her specialist training at the university hospitals in Kiel, Vienna, Chicago and Zurich. Dr. Prinz is a member of the FMH (Swiss Medical Association), AGZ (Medical Association of the Canton of Zurich) and SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications).

Ikonija Koceva is our specialist in the field of biophotonic therapy. We use this non-invasive light therapy, for example, for acne, skin rejuvenation and inflammation.

After studying medicine in Genoa, Ikonija Koceva worked in private dermatology practices in Germany and Macedonia, after which she completed the further training programs at Hautwerk to become a specialist in dermatology, and she also holds a certificate of competence in laser medicine. Dr. (I) Koceva is a member of the SGDV (Swiss Society of Dermatology and Venereology), ZDG (Zurich Dermatology Society, SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications), SYD (Swiss Young Dermatologists) and VSAO (Verband Schweizerischer Assistenz- und Oberärzt*innen Zürich).

Dr. Adamantia Milia is a specialist in dermatology and venereology and has an impressive international career. She completed her medical studies in Athens. She deepened her experience in laser medicine in Zurich, among other places. She completed her further training in dermatology and venereology at the "Andreas Syggros" University Hospital in Athens. There, Dr. Milia treated numerous patients and dealt intensively with rare skin diseases, among other things. She was particularly interested in pediatric dermatology.

Dr. Milia has in-depth expertise in the field of hair diseases and has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of skin tumors.

With her extensive experience and dedicated scientific interest, Dr. Milia brings valuable expertise to the practice. She enriches the team not only professionally, but also with a deep empathy for the needs of her patients, especially in complex dermatological and aesthetic treatments.

Dr. medic (RO) Jannis Emmrich is a specialist in dermatology and venereology. After graduating from Victor Babeș University in Timișoara, he worked in several laser centres and aesthetic clinics in Germany as part of his specialist training. He developed a passion for dermatological surgery at an early stage and has continued to specialise in this field. In our practice, he heads the operating theatre and is your point of contact for major and complex procedures. Furthermore, Dr Emmrich possesses in-depth knowledge of laser technology and aesthetic treatments. Thanks to his professional experience to date, he brings a high level of expertise and a deep understanding to his work.

Dr. Espey is a specialist in dermatology and venereology. He completed his medical studies in Germany at the Rheinische Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. He then undertook his specialist training in dermatology at Bochum University Hospital and at a dermatology practice in Bochum, where he was able to gain a broad understanding of and deepen his knowledge of modern dermatology. His clinical specialisms lie in general dermatology and dermato-oncology, with a particular focus on the treatment of chronic inflammatory skin conditions, autoimmune dermatoses and infectious skin diseases. Thanks to his extensive training, Dr. Espey has in-depth diagnostic and therapeutic expertise in the management of complex dermatological conditions. In addition, he specialises in laser medicine and aesthetic dermatological treatments.  In doing so, he combines medical precision with a strong commitment to natural and sustainable treatment outcomes. In the care of his patients, Dr. Espey places great emphasis on a holistic approach. Personalised advice, thorough diagnosis and a treatment plan tailored to individual needs are at the heart of his daily work.

Tom Schiener studied medicine in Basel and has extensive experience in internal medicine. His focus is on the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases, taking systemic connections into account. He specialises in modern laser and light therapies, including IPL, CO2 and picosecond lasers, as well as routine skin biopsies and the surgical removal of skin lesions. He works in a structured, evidence-based and patient-centred manner and is also involved in scientific research into practical dermatological issues.

Ms Dietmaier is a dermatologist and general practitioner with several years of clinical experience in internal medicine. She completed her studies in Germany with study visits to London and Tel Aviv.
Thanks to her extensive clinical experience, she considers skin conditions in a holistic context. Her range of services includes comprehensive expertise in both traditional dermatology and laser and aesthetic medicine.
In addition, her knowledge of nutritional medicine issues and her extensive further training in travel medicine broaden her medical profile.

Milad Noori is a native of Hamburg and brings with him experience in internal medicine and dermatology. At the Davos High Altitude Clinic, he cared for outpatients and inpatients with dermatological conditions and deepened his knowledge of diagnostics, therapy and dermatological surgery. In addition to his clinical work, he participated in the multicentre study ProRad in cooperation with the University Hospital Zurich (USZ) and regularly conducted patient enrolments in the field of atopic dermatitis. His professional focus is on dermatological surgery and laser therapy. He works meticulously, precisely and in a structured manner, and is known for his high level of reliability and care in patient treatment.

Bodyforming and skin tightening treatments with focused ultrasound and laser-based procedures are among the focal points of Nathalie Piraud's work. In 2016, the qualified nurse also acquired a diploma as a holistic nutritional-psychological consultant IKP. Together with Hautwerk patients, she develops individual treatment concepts in the area of nutrition.

Flavia Hofmann has been working at Hautwerk since fall 2022 and has valuable experience in medical and cosmetic treatments. She offers a wide range of cosmetic treatments in the field of skin rejuvenation such as microneedling and fruit acid treatments as well as skin analysis and body treatments. In addition, she has extensive knowledge of acne treatment and also carries out medical treatments such as Tixel, eMatrix, Doubletite and laser epilation. Flavia Hofmann supports our medical team with dedication and contributes to the smooth running of all surgical and non-surgical procedures.

Paula Zirbel is an experienced medical practitioner and has many years of experience in the fields of dermatology, aesthetics, laser medicine and plastic surgery. Born in Berlin, she moved to Switzerland in 2022 to further develop her professional career. She has been working at Hautwerk since August 2024, where she uses her knowledge and experience to treat individual skin problems and aesthetic concerns. Her dedication and professional expertise make her a valuable asset to the Hautwerk team and patients.

The trained cosmetician has already worked with lasers for years in Spain, where she previously lived. This expertise allows Rocio Fernandez to offer a wide range of treatments with lasers, including cosmetic facial and nail fungus treatments. In addition to her work in the cosmetic field, she assists in both surgical procedures and laser treatments of all kinds.

Before Esengül Gül worked at Hautwerk, she ran her own cosmetics studio. Over the past few years, she has continued to develop in this area. With us, her work focuses not only on cosmetic but also on bodyforming and anti-aging treatments.

She came to Hautwerk from the banking sector and is now responsible for reception, telephone service and sales. Thanks to her competence and multilingualism, she is a popular contact point for our patients.

Ann-Kathrin Zimmermann supports the reception and telephone service at Hautwerk. Born in Hamburg, she studied communications, is a qualified hotel manager and office communications clerk. Her many years of experience abroad are a great help in her work.

Jessica Frei has many years of experience as a manager in the luxury retail sector. In addition, she has successfully completed commercial school. With her extensive experience, Ms. Frei not only brings organizational skills and a high level of service orientation to our practice, but also an eye for the small details that make our patients' stay with us as pleasant as possible.

Jessica Maier successfully completed her further training as a hospital medical secretary in 2023. She gained her first administrative experience in an orthopaedic hospital and now supports the reception and telephone service at Hautwerk. With her empathetic and open manner, she is the ideal point of contact for all patients.

Raya Lukic has completed commercial training and has many years of experience in reception work. Her career has taken her to Munich and the USA, among other places. With her professionalism, international background and warmth, she supports the Hautwerk team at reception and always gives our patients a warm welcome.

Silvana Pascale brings a high degree of personal responsibility, organisational talent and entrepreneurial thinking to her work, gained from her many years of self-employment. At reception, she impresses with her structured and solution-oriented approach to work and her warm personality. Women's health is a subject particularly close to her heart and shapes her empathetic manner when dealing with our customers.

Milena Arsenijevic is one of the first points of contact for our patients at reception. With her friendly and approachable manner, she ensures a warm welcome and supports the team with administrative and organisational tasks. Thanks to her many years of experience in the hospital, she brings a strong focus on service and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. She has also successfully completed further training as an accounts clerk.

A native of Thurgau, she supports the team at reception and in the administration area. Thanks to her varied professional experience, she can be deployed in various areas in the Hautwerk. She finds her work in the clinic meaningful and enjoys it every day anew. As an empathic personality, good relationships with her fellow human beings are particularly important to her. Her willingness to learn motivates her to pursue a degree in social work alongside her work.

Luca Donisi completed his master's degree in psychology at the University of Zurich, where he focused on work and organizational psychology. As HR Manager, he brings his knowledge and passion to the daily work at Hautwerk and is responsible for the functioning and optimization of all HR processes.

Sabine grew up in Geneva and has lived in the canton of Zurich for 26 years. With a varied CV that ranges from her work in the HR department of a financial company to voluntary work in childcare, self-employed interior designer and assistant in a clinic, she has a wide range of experience. She particularly appreciates using her strong organizational skills and her talent for interpersonal contacts. As an outgoing and dynamic personality, she enriches the team at the Hautwerk Academy, where she takes care of event management with great commitment.

Julia Augustinovic absolvierte ihre Ausbildung zur Dentalassistentin im Jahr 2021 und schloss 2023 die Weiterbildung zur Arzt- und Spitalsekretärin erfolgreich ab. Durch ihre bisherigen Tätigkeiten sammelte sie wertvolle administrative Erfahrungen im medizinischen Umfeld. Als Assistentin der Geschäftsleitung bringt sie ihre organisatorischen und administrativen Fähigkeiten im Hautwerk in den Praxisalltag ein. Sie ist insbesondere zuständig für Aufgaben in den Bereichen Finanzen, Marketing sowie die Organisation externer Veranstaltungen und unterstützt zudem bei der Planung und Durchführung des SGML Kongresses. Seit Februar 2025 absolviert sie berufsbegleitend eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft an einer Höheren Fachschule (HF).

Ms. Sattler is the woman in the background. She responsibly takes care of all billing issues and communicates with health insurance companies and accident insurers.

Mrs. Sattler has 3 diplomas in the medical field: On the one hand, she completed her training as a dental assistant and then went on to become a medical secretary. Furthermore, she later obtained the title of Hospital Unit Coordinator in the USA.

With many years of experience in the care and cleaning of premises, Mirjana Brütsch supports the Hautwerk team with her expertise. She provides whatever is missing and ensures order throughout the clinic.

Dusanka Topic has been working in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and gained experience in many different companies. She supports the maintenance of the practice premises since the opening of the clinic in September 2022.
