Bettina Rümmelein is the founder of Hautwerk. She studied medicine in Hamburg, where she also completed her specialist training as a dermatologist and allergist. This was followed by further medical training and internships abroad, thanks to which she has a broad knowledge in the field of aesthetic medicine. Her real specialty, however, is laser medicine. In addition to her work, she also trains junior doctors and doctors from various specialties in this field. She has been President of the Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications (SGML) since 2012. Dr. Rümmelein is a member of the FMH (Swiss Medical Association), SGDV (Swiss Society for Dermatology and Venereology), ZDG (Zurich Dermatological Society), DDL (German Dermatological Laser Society), SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications), SGEDS (Swiss Group of Esthetic Dermatology & Skincare), Laser Commission fmCh.

Stipan Maric is the man who pulls all the strings at Hautwerk. Since the lawyer joined Hautwerk as Clinic Manager in 2017, he has energetically driven forward corporate and personnel development. He has been the company's authorized signatory since 2021.

Mareike Prinz is a specialist in dermatology and also has a certificate of competence in laser treatments. In addition to dermatology, one of her specialties at Hautwerk is the treatment of hair disorders. The specialist, who studied in Kiel and Vienna, completed her specialist training at the university hospitals in Kiel, Vienna, Chicago and Zurich. Dr. Prinz is a member of the FMH (Swiss Medical Association), AGZ (Medical Association of the Canton of Zurich) and SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications).

With Dr. Helena Odermatt, our team has been further enriched. As a specialist in general and internal medicine, she is an ideal addition to the dermatology practice, as skin diseases are often associated with internal medicine. Ms. Odermatt has many years of dermatological experience, which she gained during stays in London and during a one-year rotation in dermatology (autoimmune ward and allergology). Dr. Odermatt is a member of FMH (Swiss Medical Association), SGAIM (Swiss Society for General Internal Medicine), SGUM (Swiss Society for Ultrasound in Medicine), JHaS (Young Family and Pediatric Doctors) and SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications).

Grigorios Filis is a specialist in dermatology and venereology. After studying at the University of Ioannina in Greece, his specialist training took him through major university hospitals in Münster and Erlangen as well as the skin practice and laser center Dres. Gall in Fürth. From 2021-2023, Mr. Filis worked as medical site manager at DELC Klinik Grenchen. He is also a member of the FMH (Swiss Medical Association).

Mr. Filis' passion lies in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pruritus and skin tumors. He is also certified for the use of botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid by ECAMS (European College of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery).

Dermatological aesthetics and an appearance that is in harmony with the personality is important to him. Even during his medical studies in Heidelberg, Firat Aslanel was fascinated by the possibilities of operative dermatology. During his time at the Clinic for Dermatology, Allergology and Phlebology in Heilbronn, he performed more than 1000 skin procedures. At Hautwerk, he also passes on his broad knowledge of the needs of the skin and how to improve it in lectures and continuing education courses. As a dedicated member of our team, he not only brings his expertise to the practice, but also shares his knowledge as a lecturer at the Hautwerk Academy, where he teaches specialized courses on laser treatments as well as Botox and filler therapies. Mr. Aslanel is a member of the DGBT (German Society for Aesthetic Botulinum and Filler Therapy), SGDV (Swiss Society for Dermatology and Venereology) and SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications).

Ikonija Koceva is our specialist in the field of biophotonic therapy. We use this non-invasive light therapy, for example, for acne, skin rejuvenation and inflammation.

After studying medicine in Genoa, Ikonija Koceva worked in private dermatology practices in Germany and Macedonia, after which she completed the further training programs at Hautwerk to become a specialist in dermatology, and she also holds a certificate of competence in laser medicine. Dr. (I) Koceva is a member of the SGDV (Swiss Society of Dermatology and Venereology), ZDG (Zurich Dermatology Society, SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications), SYD (Swiss Young Dermatologists) and VSAO (Verband Schweizerischer Assistenz- und Oberärzt*innen Zürich).

Intan Pramono completed her studies in human medicine at the Swiss universities of Fribourg and Bern. Before devoting herself to her passion for dermatology, she gained experience in interdisciplinary emergency medicine, general internal medicine and in the treatment of surgical patients in cardiac, thoracic and visceral surgery. In addition, she conducted research as part of her dissertation in cardiac surgery at the Inselspital in Bern, where she gained a profound understanding of complex medical scenarios. Dr. Pramono is a member of the SGDV (Swiss Society for Dermatology and Venereology), SYD (Swiss Young Dermatologists), SGUM (Swiss Society for Ultrasound in Medicine) and SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications).

Konstantin Wilhelm studied human medicine at the Faculty of Medicine in Vilnius, Lithuania. His passion for practical specialties such as dermatology has been with him for a long time. Before joining us at Hautwerk, he gained experience in various surgical departments such as traumatology, visceral surgery, urology and surgical emergency. Dr. (LT) Wilhelm is a member of the SGDV (Swiss Society for Dermatology and Venereology) and the SGML (Swiss Society for Medical Laser Applications).

Nathalie Staub completed her studies in human medicine at the University of Basel. She discovered her passion for dermatology during her studies and gained her first clinical experience in various internships. During her studies, she deepened her knowledge in general internal medicine, gynecology, dermatology and plastic surgery at various Swiss clinics and Juntendo University in Tokyo. In order to gain an even deeper understanding of dermatology, she was involved in basic research during her studies and conducted research on the topic of "Changes in skin pigmentation through topical application of various active ingredients".

Bodyforming and skin tightening treatments with focused ultrasound and laser-based procedures are among the focal points of Nathalie Piraud's work. In 2016, the qualified nurse also acquired a diploma as a holistic nutritional-psychological consultant IKP. Together with Hautwerk patients, she develops individual treatment concepts in the area of nutrition.

The trained cosmetician has already worked with lasers for years in Spain, where she previously lived. This expertise allows Rocio Fernandez to offer a wide range of treatments with lasers, including cosmetic facial and nail fungus treatments. In addition to her work in the cosmetic field, she assists in both surgical procedures and laser treatments of all kinds.

Before Esengül Gül worked at Hautwerk, she ran her own cosmetics studio. Over the past few years, she has continued to develop in this area. With us, her work focuses not only on cosmetic but also on bodyforming and anti-aging treatments.

Danijela Manojlovic has been working at Hautwerk for a long time and knows the company in many areas. She treats patients in the cosmetic field, such as body forming with light therapies and laser epilations, and supports our doctors in all medical interventions and laser treatments. As a medical practice assistant, she is also responsible for the organization of our purchasing department.

Flavia Hofmann has been performing cosmetic consultations at Hautwerk since October 2022, analyzing the skin and body and creating a personalized care concept. She also treats patients with the Ultraformer and the Tixel. As the former owner of a cosmetic studio and a training manager in the cosmetic field, Flavia Hofmann has a great deal of know-how with which she actively supports the Hautwerk team.

She came to Hautwerk from the banking sector and is now responsible for reception, telephone service and sales. Thanks to her competence and multilingualism, she is a popular contact point for our patients.

Ann-Kathrin Zimmermann supports the reception and telephone service at Hautwerk. Born in Hamburg, she studied communications, is a qualified hotel manager and office communications clerk. Her many years of experience abroad are a great help in her work.

Julia Augustinovic has completed her training as a dental assistant in 2021. As a dental assistant, she was already able to gain some administrative experience and now supports us in the skin work team at the reception and telephone service. In addition, she has successfully completed the further training as a medical hospital secretary in 2023.

Jessica Frei has many years of experience as a manager in the luxury retail sector. In addition, she has successfully completed commercial school. With her extensive experience, Ms. Frei not only brings organizational skills and a high level of service orientation to our practice, but also an eye for the small details that make our patients' stay with us as pleasant as possible.

Jessica Maier successfully completed her further training as a hospital medical secretary in 2023. She gained her first administrative experience in an orthopaedic hospital and now supports the reception and telephone service at Hautwerk. With her empathetic and open manner, she is the ideal point of contact for all patients.

A native of Thurgau, she supports the team at reception and in the administration area. Thanks to her varied professional experience, she can be deployed in various areas in the Hautwerk. She finds her work in the clinic meaningful and enjoys it every day anew. As an empathic personality, good relationships with her fellow human beings are particularly important to her. Her willingness to learn motivates her to pursue a degree in social work alongside her work.

Valentina Panić completed her studies at the cantonal grammar school in 2021 and began studying psychology at the University of Zurich. She supports our team both at reception and in the administrative area. Her diverse professional experience allows her to work in different areas. With her empathetic and approachable manner, she not only ensures a pleasant stay, but is also a reliable contact person for all our patients' concerns and needs.

Adam Jasinski studied materials science at ETH and was passionate about medical technology and biomedical materials. Instead of doing research, he was much more interested in the day-to-day interaction with medicine. His understanding of medical devices and lasers brought him to the Hautwerk team to improve our portfolio of devices and offerings as well as training on them.

Saša Pavlović works as an assistant to the clinic management and is responsible for everything administrative, especially finance, legal, human resources and marketing. She comes from the beautiful port city of Hamburg and first studied in Berlin before earning her master's degree in health economics at University College London.

Luca Donisi completed his master's degree in psychology at the University of Zurich, where he focused on work and organizational psychology. As HR Manager, he brings his knowledge and passion to the daily work at Hautwerk and is responsible for the functioning and optimization of all HR processes.

Ms. Sattler is the woman in the background. She responsibly takes care of all billing issues and communicates with health insurance companies and accident insurers.

Mrs. Sattler has 3 diplomas in the medical field: On the one hand, she completed her training as a dental assistant and then went on to become a medical secretary. Furthermore, she later obtained the title of Hospital Unit Coordinator in the USA.

With many years of experience in the care and cleaning of premises, Mirjana Brütsch supports the Hautwerk team with her expertise. She provides whatever is missing and ensures order throughout the clinic.

Dusanka Topic has been working in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and gained experience in many different companies. She supports the maintenance of the practice premises since the opening of the clinic in September 2022.
