Sagging skin on the upper arms is usually a problem during menopause and consists of the interaction of, on the one hand, decreasing arm volume due to muscle loss or weight loss, and, on the other hand, skin slackening plays a significant role. But voluminous arms can also lead to sagging, flabby arms.

Whether an upper arm is defined and firm, or whether you prefer to conceal it under your sleeves depends on various factors. The muscles should be well fat tissue should not be too much but also not too little and the skin and the skin must be tight.

Thus have here the training condition, the weight, but also the skin condition, which can deteriorate age or the sun, have a significant influence. Which treatment can improve the condition of the arms must therefore be considered. Often several factors are decisive.

In the case of excess fat, in addition to weight reduction, treatment with laser lipolysis can be useful. We achieve particularly good results on the upper arms because the heat effect simultaneously tightens the skin. The treatment itself only takes 30 minutes, but unfortunately you have to wait a while for the results, because laser lipolysis probably sends the fat cells into cell death, but the cells still have to be broken down naturally by the body.

A wide variety of equipment is available in our practice for laser-based destruction of fat cells.

Another good method for the upper arms is focused ultrasound. With our Ultraformer III device you can destroy fatty tissue up to 13mm deep in the skin and induce skin tightening with the more superficial applicators. Again, it takes patience, for a good result the body does not need many sessions, but time.

We support our collagen-building therapies with the administration of drinking collagen, which has been shown in scientific studies to significantly increase skin firmness.
