Nano Toning (Spectra)

"The Spectra is the first q-switched Nd:YAG laser approved for the treatment of melasma. The novel laser technology offers several advantages over other treatment methods. The treatment has a high success rate without irritating the skin."

How it works

Nano Toning (Spectra) Mode of action

Dhe Spectra specializes in the effective destruction of the target pigment with minimal accompanying thermal damage. The laser has four wavelengths 1064 nm, 650 nm, 585 nm, 532 nm. The lower absorption properties of 660 nm in oxy- and deoxy-hemoglobin allows vessels to remain intact after laser treatment, eliminating potential side effects such as PIH (Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) be minimized. Thus offers the Spectra a recognized, low-complication and tissue-sparing method that involves few risks.

Procedure

Nano Toning (Spectra) Procedure

You will be informed in detail about the treatment method in an initial consultation. Please come to the treatment without make-up, so that we can immediately begin with the laser treatment. We will provide you with products so that you can put on makeup afterwards. The treatment itself takes about 20 minutes, during which the affected areas are gently treated with the laser. No anesthetic cream is necessary, as the application is almost painless.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to remove the stains completely. The desired result is usually achieved after 5-10, maximum 15 treatments. If success is not achieved by then, we recommend a Combination from LaseMD (thulium laser) with tranexamic acid or the Infini (radio frequency combined with Microneedling).
