Picolaser

"Our picolaser is a more diverse Picoseconds- and Nanolaser, the a wide Application spectrum enables. In our Practice use we the Pico Laser for the removal of Age spots, unwanted tattoos or permanent make-up, for skin rejuvenation in fractional mode and for the removal of extensive pigmentation such as iron infusions that have run into the tissue, melasma or pigment disorders after burns. Picolaser is a state-of-the-art device that delivers its pulses in picosecond brevity. This is particularly gentle and therefore it is a low complicatione and gentle to tissuee Method, the hardly Risks includes."

How it works

Picolaser mode of action

The longer the pulse is, the higher the temperature and the Risk of resulting thermal damage of the surrounding tissue. With the shorter pulse length (Picoseconds) maximum power settings can be geuset be, without Cause tissue damage. If, for example Age spots or Permanent make-up treated, the picolaser can explode the pigments and break down into particularly small microparticles. These can be easily transported away by the body, which leads to a whitening or even complete removal leads.

Procedure

Picolaser sequence

Best of all comes the Patient:inside without make-up for the treatment, which we plan with 30 minutes. The number of treatments depends on the findings. The treated area first turns white, then dark brown discolorations form with possible slight crust formation, which fall off after approx. 10 days without leaving scars.. Depending on the skin type, the desired result can be achieved in 1-2 treatments at least four weeks apart. Avoid any sun exposure before and especially after the treatment. We recommend you use a potent and special light protection.

With so-called picotoning, the energy is delivered fractionally - an alternative to the fractional CO2 laser. After this slightly painful therapy they are reddened, but the epidermis remains different from fractional CO2 laser largely unharmed, which is why one is immediately socially acceptable again with make-up. Especially for darker skin types or patients who cannot stay strictly out of the sun, the method offers the advantage of an extremely low risk of hyperpigmentation while still providing a good effect for rejuvenation and a more even complexion.
